Parlor Suites
The Parlor Suites are over-sized rooms located on the 4th floor with partial or limited views of the Gulf. These accommodations are perfect for an overnight stay or small meeting. Furnishings include two queen-size beds, a sofa that folds into a queen sleeper, dining table that seats eight, mini-fridge, un-stocked wet bar and two balconies.
Junior Suite
One bedroom condominium suite with one king bed and pull out sleeper sofa and a full sized kitchen.
Deluxe Family suite
Located on the 4th floor, this suite is approximately 763 square feet and features a room with two queen beds connecting to a sitting area with a large pull out sofa bed and dry/wet bar that connects to an oversized king bedroom with an expansive bathroom which includes a double vanity, separate shower and soaker tub. This suite can accommodate a family up to 8 people, however due to the location it has restricted views of the Gulf.
Presidential Suites
The Presidential Suites are located on the 16th floor, which require special key card access. These elegantly appointed suites offer a separate guest room with king bed, large living room and dining area, un-stocked wet bar, mini-fridge and two full bathrooms as well as three private balconies and the best Gulf views.
Two Bedroom Suite
Two bedroom condominium suite on the 17th floor with one king bed in master, one full bed in second bedroom, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and three balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Penthouse Family Suite
Allow your family extra room with our four bedroom Penthouse Suite. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your six private balconies. Relax in resort style in this spacious suite which includes flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, dining room, sitting room and four bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king bed; a second master bedroom also has a king bed; the third bedroom has a twin size trundle bed and the fourth bedroom has twin bunk beds. This suite has an apartment sized washer and dryer and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. This suite is located in the condo tower and includes Chefs select fruit, wine and cheese along with bottled water.
